The food is insanely delicious and the view from the room and from the restaurant is amazing. It is like you are in Tuscany but without having to travel that far. The spa center is brand new and has everything you might need. I would recommend the outside fire-heated jacuzzi. The hosts - Emi and Milen are the friendliest hosts ever! And you should definitely meet the woman from the kitchen and talk to her - she has such a good energy and cooks VERY delicious meals.
There are many tourists paths close by for hiking and you should not miss the "Koiziata peshtera" (Goat's cave) - very close by with astonishing view from up above.

Everything was just great. The villa was very comfortable, spacious enough for two families with kids. It has all the needed facilities for a great stay, even for a longer period. The garden is huge and well-maintained. The view is beautiful. The hosts are warm people, responsive to our needs.

[EDIT] After reading host's response to my review (I had rated them 8/10 prior to this edit) I decided to downgrade my review to 1/10.
It's a newly built villa with several rooms per floor. Building is in very good condition. Rooms are spacious, nicely furnished, have AC and balconies with a lake view.
Villa has a very spacious common kitchen which included cutlery, several fridges, two stoves, oven and a kitchen island. It has a beautiful outdoor area with plenty of tables for eating.
There's an outdoor pool filled with a clean water, sun beds next to the pool. Outdoor barbecue was available (we only had to bring our coal).
Located in Asparukhovo in the Varna Province region, Complex Ovchaga features a garden. This property offers access to a balcony and free private parking.
Boasting garden views, Caravans 10 min to Tsonevo Lake & 35 min to Black Sea provides accommodation with balcony, around 37 km from Happy Land.

Although it could do with a little updating, everything you could want was in this caravan, which made it very good value for money. The air conditioning was strong and a great plus! The owner was very kind and helpful and responded immediately to our texts.

We loved the pool. The rooms were also very neat and pleasant. The villa had all the necessary facilities including everything one needs to cook. We visited during summer, but we would love to check it out in winter as well.

Well furnished and equipped with sockets at each side of the bed. And all in all the MOTEL, looked nice and should have everything to be a success if not for the staff even though some of them probably are not bad people but badly trained.
The parking lot seemed safe enough for our car. It's possible that there was a man guarding it also but i'm not 100% sure.
