[EDIT] After reading host's response to my review (I had rated them 8/10 prior to this edit) I decided to downgrade my review to 1/10.
It's a newly built villa with several rooms per floor. Building is in very good condition. Rooms are spacious, nicely furnished, have AC and balconies with a lake view.
Villa has a very spacious common kitchen which included cutlery, several fridges, two stoves, oven and a kitchen island. It has a beautiful outdoor area with plenty of tables for eating.
There's an outdoor pool filled with a clean water, sun beds next to the pool. Outdoor barbecue was available (we only had to bring our coal).
Located in Asparukhovo in the Varna Province region, Complex Ovchaga features a garden. This property offers access to a balcony and free private parking.

We really enjoyed our stay. We are from Varna and a getaway from the city was perfect. The property is very accommodating for people with dogs. The big yard next to the pool is perfect for them to run and get tiered.

Well furnished and equipped with sockets at each side of the bed. And all in all the MOTEL, looked nice and should have everything to be a success if not for the staff even though some of them probably are not bad people but badly trained.
The parking lot seemed safe enough for our car. It's possible that there was a man guarding it also but i'm not 100% sure.

Everything was just great. The villa was very comfortable, spacious enough for two families with kids. It has all the needed facilities for a great stay, even for a longer period. The garden is huge and well-maintained. The view is beautiful. The hosts are warm people, responsive to our needs.

Although it could do with a little updating, everything you could want was in this caravan, which made it very good value for money. The air conditioning was strong and a great plus! The owner was very kind and helpful and responded immediately to our texts.

Carpe Diem really is an exceptional place to stay. It’s in a beautiful, peaceful location with stunning views down the valley. The property has been renovated with great skill to maintain its old character and features, in combination with very tasteful new additions. I loved all the metal work and the lit preserve storage . Our room was spacious and comfy with good views. The spa , jacuzzi and pool are also wonderfully relaxing . And last , but not least , we greatly enjoyed the food prepared with care from homegrown ingredients, and the fine wine. Very big thanks to Amy and the team for the warm welcome, and creating such a special retreat.
