Excellent price-quality. We slept well, and could easily park in front of the door (free). Check-in at any time is very convenient.
The studio is about a 15 mins’ drive from Kortrijk.
The toilet is outside of the studio, but literally only 3 steps away. Not as if you need to cross an entire hallway. Good to be aware of, but we already read that in the reviews beforehand.
The studio is next to a big road. Not too much traffic in the weekend though. We slept well, but were also dead tired. :-)

Kathy was beyond wonderful. She couldn't do enough for her guests and went the extra mile to help me out when I had a very bad reaction to some sort of insect bite I had picked up in France. The property is immaculately clean and the rooms spacious and very comfortable. There is a lovely garden you can relax in and enjoy. The breakfast was great.
Just note the property is a bit isolated so plan your evenings accordingly. There are loads of restaurants in Ypres and some in the local villages.

It is a beautiful house, well decorated, Liesbet is a lovely host, the room was well done with a beautiful bathroom and large shower and a coffee machine. You have some bistro’s at a stone drop away from the b&b which is also very convenient. In the b&b itself you have downstairs a huge living area with a nice view @ the beautiful garden with natural swimming pool. In this area you are welcome to relax, take a nice cup of coffee, exact the way you prefer! Keep up the good work, we loved it!

The staff were friendly, bedding and towels clean, secure room and outer building doors and the windows windows provides good insulation from any road noise. Good location for the purpose of my visit and an easy walk h to town. Breakfast plentiful (but basic). Safe box in room provided free of charge.
This hotel exceeded what we imagined. The room was spacious and had a little kitchenette. It was very quiet and peaceful as well. It is in a reasonable location but we can't say about the surrounding area for any bars/restaurants as we rode to the Menen Gate for the nightly Last Post ceremony.
A nice place and stylish furnished, a nice room in a house right at the entrance in the city, good location an was easy to find a free parking spot nearby.
