Thankyou Matt and Eva for making our overnight stay an enjoyable stay. It was thoughtful of you to leave some snacks for us on our arrival. The location is very quiet and away from the tourist crowds and yet it is only a short 3 minute drive to the Blue Mountains Heritage Centre and Govett's Leap Lookout. The Blackheath shops and cafes are also only a 3 minute drive away from Cloudland. This ground floor 2 bedroom duplex is clean and has very comfy beds with an ensuite for each bedroom. Having 2 ensuites was a great privacy feature as I was staying here with a friend. The kitchen was well equipped and had a large fridge which is not shown in the photos. The duplex overlooked some lovely gardens and there was some outdoor furniture where you can sit and enjoy the gardens. Unfortunately it was raining when we stayed. The heating inside the apartment worked well as it was cold wet day and we a needed to dry our raincoats and shoes. I recommend Cloudland as suitable for both short and long stays and would strongly consider coming back here to stay.

The accessible cabin was wonderful - ample space for mobility aids and medical equipment - well thought out design. The light switches were lower, and the accessible bathroom was fit for purpose - accessible toilet, able to get wheelchairs under the sink, ample space for showering and aids. The beds were comfy and the water temperature for showers was great. The cabin was well presented, neat and tidy.

Loved the location and house and the host was very friendly. The house was very spacious for 4 people and a pet.
The media room was amazing and we had a really nice movie night! The grounds were really well maintained and the tennis court was a nice addition.

The location and the ambience in the hotel are absolutely first class. the rooms are well appointed and stylishly decorated and spotlessly clean. The balcony runs the whole length of the hotel, and is a lovely place to relax. And the free tea/coffee area is a nice touch.
