Very good location. Only 5 min walk to the lake. Lake super for swimming and relaxing. Alot of byke trails arround. Appartment was trully beautiful. We didn’t miss anything. Had super sleep beacuse it’s peaceful. View on beautiful garden. Sunny on a big balcony. Parking safe. Owners amazing. We hope to come back as soon as possible 🩷

Especially loved the card for Zanzibar Beach access, which is a perfect spot on the lake that has everything you need. Garden at Landhaus Klopein is lovely and peaceful. Just perfect! It looks newly renovated and room was simple and nice. We chose the hotel because we needed a one night near Hochbir. It wasn’t the lake side hotel but the price was good. It took us about 15-20 minutes to the lake by foot. The breakfast was nice and the staff were really helpful.

Lovely views and location on top of the hill walking distance to the lake. Lovely surroundings in the park , ideal for the kids to have a play or us to relax after a busy day swimming and playing.
Our stay was pleasant and all in all very good value for money. We just spent 1 night during our trip to Italy, but the pension is conveniently located within 15 mins walking distance to a lake, so spending a lovely afternoon at the lake was definitely a bonus. Lake is great - very clean, not very crowded, with some good restaurants around. The rooms at the pension were exactly as on pictures and the breakfast was delicious. The host is very kind. The garden of the pension is well maintained.
The accommodation was just perfect, very spacious, has all what we needed, very clean and parking place next to the property in the garden. The owner is very nice, he waited for us for a later hours to arrive and gave us tips around.
I really recommend this apartment and would come definitely again. Thank you!
