We love our stay there. The staff was very friendly and always helpful. Location is perfectly located, 30 mins drive from the glaciar, 20 mins drive for Serfaus or Italy. If you travel with public transport, the bus stop is just in front of the hotel, which also provided you with a free bus card. There are many hiking and biking paths starting in Prutz, some rental bikes are available as well. The valley is simply beautiful. The hotel is very comfortable, going into the pool after hiking or biking is amazing. The place is very clean. Dinner was delicious, we stayed for 8 nights and everyday were different options for the dinner, dinner was also carefully presented. The bar also offers many options and our barman was very friendly as well.

It is a very nice and cozy place. There is a very nice gym, several pools and a mini lake, several saunas. There is a garden where you can relax and calm down after sauna or pool. Also the breakfast was good and we could come for lunch and dinner and it was haute cuisine.
If I come next time to the area, I will only stay here.

Hotel is in an excellent location for walking biking and exploring the area we went in July 24 , our room was very clean and the views of the mountains were breathtaking, would highly recommend this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, Bernadette on reception is outstanding and couldn’t have been more helpful.

I had an accident away from the hotel
which resulted in a broken finger.
The staff were incredibly helpful helping me to contact my insurance company and organising a taxi to the hospital.
I had to stay an extra night. They gave me a discount.

Perfect location for a skiing trip. Several major ski areas all within half an hour drive or so. The apartment was well equipped with everything you need for a few days. Comfy beds and spectacular view. It is located slightly off the main road but skibus is within 5 minutes walk if needed. Host is very friendly and taking care of their guests. Very good value for money and definitely worth paying a visit.

Really lovely place to stay, location was great and right in the center of town - close to the bus stop and the few restaurants. The Sailer family was lovely too and we had a really comfortable stay.
The apartment was HUGE and very tastefully done. It was clean and well equipped for self-catering. The owner is really nice and very understanding. The location was great especially with a 5 min. walk to the two supermarkets, and 10 min. walk to restaurants and bakery. If you are a mountain biker, Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis is only 15 min. drive and they are some fantastic natural trails. If you like bike parks, they have you covered. We were very fortunate with good weather.

It was an absolute joy to stay at Der Ballhaushof! The apartments were just finished after renovation. Not only fully equipped but also very tastefully done. We rented for the Christmas holidays. The location in Prutz is ideal. We have not used our car for groceries. Everything is easily done by a short walk, from supermarkets to bakery to restaurants. Only for the ski slopes we drove up the mountains to Serfaus - Fiss - Ladis which takes about 20 minutes.
