Located in the village of Plangeross in the Pitz Valley, Haus Margret is 3 km from the Pitztal Glacier Ski Area. A cross-country ski run is right outside, and a free ski bus stops 20 metres away.

The Sportalm was amazing. The hotel is beautiful, well designed, great views, and fantastic food and service. The food is excellent, with breakfast, a 3pm after ski snack, and a 5 course dinner. We loved selecting our dinner each morning, the daily soup is soooo good. The Chestnut soup is a stand out. The service is fast, efficient, but not intrusive. The bar is well designed with very creative drinks. We loved this place, I'd move in if I had the choice. Nice sauna, complete weight and exercise room, 5 min drive to the ski area(s)...if your going to Pitztal, this is the place to stay.
