Gmundnerberghaus is amazing! We were breathtaken by our first glimpse of Traunsee from the property—it was like something out of a dream. Even though there was no staff on-site, the self-check-in and key pick-up were smooth. (At first, the quiet, empty hotel and peaceful surroundings gave us a bit of a thrill after our long drive!) The free minibar was a great touch, especially when no stores or restaurants were nearby. The breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious options, all beautifully arranged. I only wish I could have stayed longer.

really nice location right next to the lake. View was great from the bedroom and the owner was really friendly and helpful. the apartment was clean and cute. Parking was provided direct in front of the house.
Very nice and attentive host. Fresh eggs and other products daily available. Very nice location, car or bike is a must to get to the lake or near the cable. Children amazed by the ponys, dogs, cats in the courtyard.
