Price and quality of the apartment. We booked this apartment couple of hours before arrival, but the owner was quick enough to provide us with all the necessary detail on how to check in. There is also pizzeria right below the apartment with inexpensive choice of dishes.

From our shaded garden and the veranda, you can enjoy a stunning view of the river. As a member of the "Donau-Rad-Hotels" Wachau, we are specialised on guests travelling by bicycle. Of course, the hotel also welcomes non-cyclists. The Wachauerhof is the ideal starting point to explore the Wachau and the Waldviertel region, with its largely untouched nature and its great number of cultural monuments.

You would not find friendlier people and the cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. Lovely breakfast. I would recommend anyone when visiting this area to stay here.

Very friendly staff, 5 star breakfast, fast and super service. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable. Bathroom is also clean. Jungle decorations in the main areas including labeled gifts, sugar, energy drink etc.

We were made to feel very welcome upon arrival and we were able to store our bikes in the garage. We had a lovely room with a view over the Danube and a balcony. Beds were really comfortable and the shower was great. We were the only guests (as it was Sunday night) but we still had a full breakfast laid out for 2. We ate in the restaurant which was fine. The menu is very limited though. Overall, a lovely stay.
