Our stay was just wonderful. The hotel is super sweet located a bit outside the Old Town but no problem getting there in bus. It’s in a quiet area near the most gorgeous park. We took a bus to our hike which was convenient. Staff are super friendly and helpful. The room had a kitchen which we used. Basics to prepare breakfast and small omelette dinners. Groceries nearby. Highly recommend.

Breakfast was great - really good selection. Pool and health club facilities were excellent. Sitting in the jacuzzi looking at the mountains was fantastic. The room in H5 had everything we needed, it was clean, cosy and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped for meals in. Location was good for exploring Innsbruck and the old town.

Katherin and Michael’s chalet is just absolutely a charm! It was such a marvellous stay for us with our 1 year old for 4 nights, that we wish to surely come again and again! Katherin was such a good host and took care of all our requests with our baby wonderfully well. We actually celebrated our little one’s first birthday here and Katherin arranged the cake as requested. There is a lovely playing room for kids which our daughter loved and spent a lot of time! The location is just lovely and a winter wonderland (since we went in peak winter) with the frozen lake and mountains just a stone’s throw away! They have their own barn down with their own cows with an actual milking experience for the guests (which we unfortunately couldn’t do but next time for sure). Overall most satisfying stay for us in a long long time and can’t wait to go back!

Perfect apartment size for two people. Kitchen gadgets were top quality. Loved that we had the coffee machine+kettle. A surprise to our end that we were given "Innsbruck welcome card" for 2+ nights stay, really a good thought. Great location, a bakery is only 5 mins. away.
