Great quiet location to explore Salzburg, Hallstatt and the surrounding area (if you have a car). Place was new and had a big, well-equipped kitchen which was very useful for us. Especially a functional stove+hood as we cooked a lot. Other extras like big TV, heated bathroom flooring, vaccuum etc were much appreciated too! Spacious and huge windows opened out to a beautiful view, sunset right from the living room! Would definitely recommend this place if you have a car and are spending some time in the area.

We had the pleasure of staying at this adorable guest house and it was truly a wonderful experience. From the start we felt warmly welcome and at home. The house was impeccable and beautifully designed with love and care, and spotless! It created a warm and cozy atmosphere and was obvious that the owners put a lot of effort into creating a special place. Breakfast was so memorable in their cosy dining room with music and a lovely selection of foods. The location of the guest house was idyllic and so peaceful. The quiet surroundings helped make our stay even more relaxing. Communication with the host was friendly, genuinely interested in us and with great humour. Although their English wasn’t so strong they were always available to answer questions and never showed any frustration at our lack of Austrian German language skills! They also had a lovely cat who loved cuddles. Overall, this stay was a fantastic experience that made our vacation even more memorable. We can only warmly recommend this accommodation and are already looking forward to our next visit. Many thanks to the great hosts!

We visited many interesting and beautiful places during our time in Austria, but our kids’ favorite part is staying at the farm! Christina and Johannes let our kids help out with chores every morning and evening and even gave them their own little jobs to do, which they LOVED. We also loved the fresh milk and eggs every morning. The location is absolutely beautiful and just a 20-30 min drive to Salzburg as well as other areas of interest, with restaurants and a grocery store 5 min away. The apartment was comfortable and clean and the kitchen well fitted with appliances, dishes, and cooking utensils. We’d love to come back some day!
