Arrived there after a wet ride on my bike and they offered to dry my gear for me, this was a great help. Rooms where of a decent size and very comfortable. We dined in the restaurant and this was also very good, food and ambience. Would certainly go back there.

There was lots of amusement for the kids: we lost our child on the playground and the games room.
The sauna and the pool were the perfect ending to the hiking days.
It was tranquil at night after 22-23. Our room was right in front of the restaurant terrace, and we had no problems with the noise from the visitors.
The breakfast and dinner were delicious! One of the best on our trips.

Beautiful hotel and wonderful staff. The large rooms show some wear but nothing too bad. The rooms are beautifully furnished, like the rest of the hotel.

Beautiful, just perfectly beautiful!! Quiet, super clean, most comfortable beds. So much love and care goes into this hotel from the owner. The „secret“ garden where one can relax. Tucked away but yet close enough to Lienz and beautiful surroundings. The breakfast was out of this world; it was really good! The dinner too.
The family-run Gästehaus Steinerhof enjoys a quiet location in Nikolsdorf and offers views of the Lienzer Valley Floor and the Lienzer Dolomiten Mountain Range.

Very friendly and family like atmosphere, the apartment itself was excellent. Very clean and well equipped. I'd highly recommend this to people who'd like to stay for a few day or more.
Perfect location. Near home is bar with coffee/beer/desserts (9.00-22.00). In 700 m are pizzeria and luxury restaurant with kitchen's level like Michelin. 600 m to children playground. In 1.5 km big supermarket Interspar.
Nice and polite owner, he met us and gave everything needed. Balcony was like in paradise, perfect view, save for children, with table and chairs and blankets for cool weather.
He organize for us places for 2 bicycles and child trolley in hall. Free parking in front of house.
