The location is great, with a 24/7 desk and a very supportive people, we got a help requested. The apartment was clean and nice, and the inside and outside were fine. BTW, you can rent a car in that place as well, if you need it. The restaurant nearby offers a great breakfast for 10 EUR per person only.

Room was very spacious. Very Clean. Bar staff did not speak much English but including Manager, staff were very kind and nice. Front Desk is not 24 hours. it will close at 22:00. Breakfast is not 3 Euro, you order from the menu. We paid 1200 lek from hotel to the airport. Supermarket is 4min away. Fruits Market is 2min away. I really like it here!
