The apartment is very accommodating and the owners are helpful. The absolute plus of the accommodation is the outer space, it is gorgeous! It is being taken care of with lots of love, there are so many nice corners to just relax and look at the sea... Unfortunately we couldn't enjoy it a lot since we had quiet some rain (beginning of April). If the weather is nice, you probably don't even want to leave the house!

Hotel is brand new inside the rooms and outside with a perfect view of the sea from balcony and a lot of free parking at the front of hotel. 10 minutes from bunec beach,40 minutes from Saranda ,20 minutes from Borsh and qeparo. Very peaceful place just in main road. Breakfast was amazing made from the owner. Beautiful sunset in the terrace outside. This is a family owned business who live in US give them love . I enjoyed and I will definitely comeback. Wish them a lot of luck.

The view from the terrace was quite generous and it was located in the peaceful atmosphere.
Big recommendation for the breakfast by owner's mother. It was tasty and a good deal.
Nice location overlooking the sea. The property and its surroundings are carefully designed and look hand-made by the owner. The rooftop terrace is a gem.
There is a small market nearby as well as beaches cca 10min with the car. Other more populared places are also within reach with the car. Would come again!
Perfect location on the Bruneci Beach, kind host with a young team, pet friendly for guest's, owner's and also for stray dogs :). Fresh food prepared for dinner and breakfast. Green garden, free parking, close to the beach bar, free use of deckchairs on the beach for guests...
Such a great & quiet place. Friendly staff, quick service, delicious and affordable food, clean tidy rooms, crystal clear beaches and breathtaking sunsets. After all, one of the best things to mention was Boi 🐶. Can't wait to visit again to party some more, enjoy the movie nights and be surrounded by amazing people. I’d absolutely recommend! ☀️
