The hotel is centrally located, the rooms are very clean, the staff are exceptional, very friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them. The breakfast is very good with choice of traditional or international food, and they have a coffee shop at the front of the hotel which serves very good cappuccino.

The staff was were kind and helpful, expecially the guy working at the reception on 17 September, morning. The breakfast was very good and great coffee. The room was very clean and comfortable for sleeping. Good value for money

Location… calm and nested up in Petrelë, beautiful setting, calm, organic food, breakfast is great, everyone should try the pancakes, the omelette, the Yougurt, staff are super friendly, an eagle’s nest paradise in the countryside, yet only 15 minutes to the capital by car.
Also, plenty of very good restaurants nearby…
The Hotel Restaurant Emblema was phenomenal. The location and building itself were beautiful. The staff was friendly, attentive and went above and beyond at every opportunity. The food was outstanding and great value for money. I will be returning!
Fantastic location, very short walk to square and castle. Square lovely with a few places to eat and drink. Castle is interesting with great views. Hotel is beautiful with fantastic eye for details throughout. Hotel is family run but of the highest standards. Staff could not have been more helpful and kind.. tremendous value. Great outdoor area with great view of the valley for drinks and covered restaurant with full menu
