Everything that was lacking or didn't work, they made up by fixing or trying to fix it. 10 points to them. My parents stayed a day longer and got stuck in the city because of the May parade and missed their flight. The staff let them stay free an extra night and got them free taxi to the airport the next day. As I said, 10 points to them. Location was also excellent. I'll definitely go back there if I endup in Istanbul again.

The location also offers easy access to taxi and public transportation, only 5 minutes taxi drive to the nearest Rail or metro station, which can provide a dream getaway to explore Istanbul. Absolutely the best people working in this hotel apartment, they are the most helpful. The apartment is so clean and looks new . It's just missing a microwave and it's about 1 hour to reach the European side.

Located within walking distance to Sapanca Lake, Villa Kirkpinar is located centrally in Sapanca's Kirkpinar District, surrounded by a peaceful nature. It offers an outdoor pool and free bikes. With large private gardens, the self-catering villas feature free Wi-Fi. The host, Fatima, was friendly and welcoming and the villa was spacious and clean. We felt at home. anytime we’re back in Sapanca will definitely come back!

The hotel has a shared terrace with the Marmara Sea and Princes' Islands view. Astounding place. We stayed in the rooftop studio and it was so quiet considering it is right in the middle of the old city. The views are spectacular and the studio is sunny and airy, and very clean. We had a private terrace and there was a larger public one next to us outside. The welcome and service from the staff is exceptional, as is the welcome package of food in the room. All the major tourist sights are within easy reach. You could not find anywhere more central. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it was tempting to just stay in the room as the streets were full of tour buses and tourists!
