Beautiful, it was a little challenging to find all the light switches but that was not dramatic. Mini Bar and snacks are available for guests, complimentary. How thoughtful and lovely. In the back of the hotel is a deck, to relax, with a nice view, right by the river. And on the deck is a basket with fish food to feed the fishes in the river, for an exchange of 10THB. Who think of that? like everything was just perfect. Including the small but delicious breakfast.

Baan Calaee also has a beautiful garden, a peaceful place to relax. The location was a little out of the way from the main sights of town, but easily accessible for a few baht. We can only recommend this accommodation if you are looking for somewhere quiet and spacious.
