The air-conditioned accommodation is 100 metres from Laem Had Beach, and guests can benefit from on-site private parking and complimentary WiFi. We expected much less because of the cheap price. It was spacious, extremely clean, and very peaceful property away from tourist spots. Only ten minute walk from the beach, but I would recommend renting a bike, which is easy to do because the staff offer it! Amazing restaurant is only a 2 minute walk away. We were very happy with the property.

The bungalow was so nice and spacious, provided a fridge and small countertop with cutlery and dishes. The porch was lovely to hang out on and do some yoga. I had a lovely cooking class with the owners and they gave me fruit and were all around lovely (and offered to drive me to the pier when I left). I didn't even try out the pool and sauna but it looked very nice.

There wasn’t a lot I didn’t like about this beautiful off beaten place it’s owned by a small family mom made you breakfast everyday brings it to your door, it’s so quiet and fresh water was clean and we got hot water, there’s 2 7/11 in Koh Yao yai the restaurants there are very good you will need a bike on this island

The accommodation provides a shuttle service, while a bicycle rental service is also available. The room was very comfortable and clean, and it had a lovely outside seating area. The hosts were exceptional. They brought us breakfast in the mornings, gave us lifts to and from Laem Had Beach, and brought us coconuts on our last day! They are so very kind and made our stay so wonderful. Thank you so much, we hope to visit again soon!

Absolutely everything was perfect at Sabai House Bungalow. This is definitely our favorite stay in over almost 2 months of travelling in Thailand. The hosts are kind, helpful and generous. The bungalows are very comfortable and well designed with high quality materials. The surroundings are great, with a lovely green garden. You can rent scooters directly from the place. Great breakfast served in the morning. I can only give positive feedback. We will definitely come back! Thanks so much for everything!
