The property is 800 metres from Chiang Rai Saturday Night Walking Street. Chiang Rai Airport is 8 km away. Everything. Amazing property located very close to the city center (5-7 minutes' walk to the clock tower). Rooms are exceptionally clean with a very comfy bed. Breakfast is simple (eggs, toasts, a little bit of chicken with vege and tea/coffee), but still very tasty and fulfilling. Stuff is very friendly and welcoming (and very good in English which is not very common in Thailand). If I ever visit Chiang Rai again, I'll definitely stay at Baan Jaru.

I highly recommend it. It can be booked through the hotel. The rooms are facing the road where there is traffic during the day however I did not find it annoying. At night I did not notice any excessive noise from the road or from any of the other tenants. The room is well insulated.
