The location was perfect! Not far from the pier or the beach! Quiet and had a feel like you were in a lil resort village! The comp breakfast very good and staff very friendly and accommodating! We will definitely book Barbados Terrace again on any return trip to Thailand/Koh Samet!
I loved getting up in the morning having the complimentary coffee on the balcony. A fridge was provided so I could keep my breakfast there too. The room was small which meant the AC instantly cooled down the room and I slept like a baby. Everything is so clean and the hosts are very friendly. Each bed has a curtain, socket, light and we were given a key for our own locker. I liked being within walking distance of the village, pier and beaches
The room was very clean, simple but modern, everything you need, and a nice, light view through the big windows. The resort is very quiet and has a beautiful private beach. It’s just a 3 minute walk to the first restaurants on the beach nearby. There is no restaurant at this resort but since the village is close by, that doesn’t matter.
I loved the beach , villa interior and the view.
We loved our stay. We were lucky to get villas looking right out at the beautiful beach. We were less then a 5 minute walk to Tub Tim beach which has soft white sand and clear water for swimming not to mention an amazing restaurant. The rooms are clean and very nicely decorated. Beachside massages were also like 10 steps from our front door. this place is a gem and we will be back.

Dear All, This is the Second Time we went to Villa Samed. Actually it was fully booked and we book else where. But almost every day I was checking our holiday dates in Villa Samed and eventually we could book again. We apology for the other hotel, Villa Samed is special and were happy to join again. Room , Food , Facilities all very good. We wish that Villa Samed will stay onthe same standard or improve keeping the price as they are or lower. In this time find an hotel like Villa Samed with reasonable prices is important too. Fabio M.
We loved our stay at Sunrise Villas, the villas are cute and comfortable and the views directly from the room are beautiful, right at the sea with a constant light breeze. The hosts are very kind and helpful. The location is perfect, right at the harbour, next to shops and restaurants. The room has everything one needs, AC works perfectly. The terasse is spacious and even has a hammock. New towels, bottles of water, coffee, tea and toiletries are provided daily. I cannot say anything negative and would definitely stay again.
