There was 50s Americana all over the place! Ingrid was extremely kind in arranging to collect me from the railway station because it was raining in Kil. Ingrid couldn’t have done enough for me, and I would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Kil.

The cottage with a loft consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with shower. The property features a patio. Perfect retreat after exploring Sweden for two interrailers heading to Norway. The peace and tranquillity was idyllic. As was the proximity to the lake and forest walks. Cabin was toasty and cosy and the outdoor eating area was a bonus. Wished we could have spent longer there.

Staying in a Historic (Est.1836) B&B, THE LODGE Torsby is situated 18 km north of Torsby, and 50 km from Sunne or Malung. Free Wi-Fi is featured throughout the property, and free private parking is available on site. So beautiful place, styled with very good taste. Good beds and view from the windows could not be better. Tasty breakfast decorated with friendly service. We can highly recommend this place.

Enjoy scenic surroundings and wonderful lake views just outside Arvika. Perfect stay when with children. Everything is tought of. Lots of things to do for them. Very confortable. Would recommend
