Location closed to Cluj city, host was very discreet with instructions and helpful. Villa is spacious and clean with all necessary facilities and with a big garden, children had a lot of fun in the outdoor space. Very good space for big families. The best thing was the bedroom on the ground floor as my mother would have to go upstairs all the time to the bedroom. A big selection of books to choose from, both English and Romanian.
It has everything you need for a short or long stay. It feels like a home rather than just a holiday rental. We didn’t meet the host but the people that received us were very welcoming and nice. Very well located to go hiking around Turda or on the way to Cluj
We spent 2 nights and enjoyed it a lot. The cabin is cozy with a really nice view. It is very well equipped, clean and has an easy access from the main road of the village. The Wi-Fi connection was good enough for streaming (we listened to the music outside while we were there). There are also a table, a comfortable deckchair and 2 regular chairs outside.
We spent Easter here. The house is in the woods, and only 4-5? houses were there. When we were there, nobody spend the weekend there, so it was just us...middle of the forrest, but close to the village. It's a magical place, with all the pine trees, and flowers. Having a sauna session and relaxing on the porch during the night was priceless. Dog friendly accommodation :) There are 2 terraces, so you can enjoy the sun in the morning and in the afternoon as well. Hope we can return once.
The room on the 2 floor was warm and clean and the bed was comfortable. There were a kettle and a refrigerator in the room and the environmentally-friendly dispensers with soap in the bathroom. Wi-Fi worked very well, although it took some time to get the right info from the host on the correct network, as the info in the email was not correct. The instructions on getting into the villa and the room were clear, although I had some confusion about how the lock works, as it is unusual to other countries, so pay attention.

The house is a very rare find. Nicu is so nice and helpful, and a great person to talk to. He built the house by himself. The house is very big, designed as an original romanian village house with unique decorations. It also has a huge private area surrounded by trees. The village has many authentic romanian houses and we liked walking around.
A nice place to stay if you visiting the a area for a day or two. It has a great view to the fields and mountains around. Located in the small village, very quiet. Nice and friendly staff. Basic meals can be ordered in the restaurant for a reasonable price.
