The owner of the Casa Luar was fantastic! He gave us an excellent recommendation for dinner. He kept an eye on my car parked across the street from the Casa Luar while we hiked 4 days northbound on the area’s Fisherman’s Path. The breakfast was outstanding! Fresh baked bread, excellent coffee, fresh juice, pastries! Very tasty, very convenient and taken together with the room, excellent value for the price. The room was spotlessly clean. The location was very convenient for our purposes and we were able to feel comfortable about parking our car there while we hiked. As soon as we came back 4 days later to retrieve our car, the owner immediately came out and chatted with us!

It’s not a luxurious hotel but it’s very nice and has great karma.

Sines is 32 km from the guest house, and the beautiful village of Porto Covo is 19 km away. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. Love the room just wish we had more chance to use the patio (couldn’t this time because of the weather). Would highly recommend and definitely stay again.

Featuring a seasonal outdoor swimming pool and views of pool, Casa Az-Zagal is a recently renovated guest house set in Casa Branca, 25 km from Statue of Queen Saint Elizabeth. The air-conditioned accommodation is 25 km from Atoleiros 1384. The guest house features family rooms as well as facilities for disabled guests. First of all the staff was extremely kind and polite, they do the atmost to let you feel welcome. Everyone with a smile! The Hotel is beautifully furnished, very stylish. Everything is spotless clean and well taken care of. We can recommend the Hotel to everyone who is searching for great time off in the Alentejo.

Set in Ferreira do Alentejo, in a historic building, 48 km from Flour Museum, SOLAR DOS FRADES is a recently renovated guest house with an outdoor swimming pool and spa and wellness centre. The property features garden and quiet street views, and is 21 km from Represa. The guest house has family rooms. Was very positively impressed with Solar dos Frades. The room was wonderful modern and spacious, as was the bathroom. Inês the host was extremely helpful and available at any time, other staff also very nice. The outside pool and jacuzzi space is amazing, just sorry I hadnt more time to stay.
