We liked the option of being able to take our dog, we decided not to this time though. Was thoughtful to have some drinks, chocolates, milk and biscuits ready for our arrival as well as some fresh eggs in the fridge. Having the use of the free washing machine and drier was fab.

Mark and John are the best. They provide everything you need and make you feel at home. The breakfast they provide is great, the room is comfortable, shower is nice and big, everything is clean and well kept, their yard/garden is beautiful, and restaurants and shops are walking distance. If I were to return to Nelson in the future, I would absolutely stay here again.

The extensive gardens with several water features are home to a variety of birds. The room with the balcony was sooo pretty- same goes for the bathroom and the entire villa. The very nice owner topped it off with the best breakfast we have had in NZ. Freshly prepared with homemade produce. Highly recommendable!
