Set in Sesriem, Sossus Oasis Campsite offers accommodation with a year-round outdoor pool. Offering free private parking, the campground is 5 km from Sesriem Canyon. This was the nicest campsite we’ve stayed at in Namibia so far. Each site is private, there’s a covered brick patio, sink for dishes, + shower, toilet, & bathroom sink plus enough hot water for each of us (five people) to shower. Each site has its own solar powered hot water tank. Super clean, our site had been raked clean/smooth that day. Site was perfect next to the gates of Sosusvlei. There’s a gas station and small grocery store on site. Each person gets 24 hrs of free WiFi. Loved it!!

The camp sites have access to shared bathroom facilities and BBQ facilities are available. We stayed at a huge campsite with our family of 4. It had 2 showers and 6 toilets!! Great place to stay during our roundtrip.

Neuhof Portion 2 Campsite is located 53 km East of Sesriem and 120 km West from from Maltahohe on the C19. WiFi is available at a surcharge.

Neuhof Portion 2 Campsite consist of 5 campsites to accommodate up to 40 people in their own tents or mobile homes. This place is great, barebones with minimal facilities - no electric but they have hot water. It's cheap, people are nice, and the location is beautiful. It's a few kms down a sand road, definitely 4x4 only to reach the site. Would highly recommend and would love to come back and stay for longer.

Desert Camp’s units have a private entrance and a kitchenette with an electric kettle and a refrigerator. All rooms are decorated with the colours of the Namib Desert and have power points for hairdryers and shavers. Great location! Only about 7 minutes to the Soususvlei main gate and there is a gas station and small market nearby. Good food! You can order food delivery for the braai, or go to the lodge for dinner. They have lunch and breakfast packs you can order for take away which is a great option if you’re spending the day in the park. The people! The staff are all very helpful and kind, and meet every request with a smile. Rooms! The rooms are comfortable and clean with nice beds and great showers. Pool and bar! The pool is an amazing way to cool off in the afternoons and you can grab a bevvie from the nearby bar which has Wi-Fi access and a TV that will most likely be playing Futbol if there is a game on. Outside! Wake up to the desert birds all around and the oryx resting near the camp. The views are stark, and beautiful and the night skies are spectacular.
