Room was beautiful, clean and quiet. We only had an overnight stay in Florence so look forward to staying again.

We got in at night after reception was closed but the host sent over detailed instructions for self check in and was available over WhatsApp. Throughout our stay, she helped us call taxis as the old town area is a restricted car zone so getting a taxi on the street is very difficult. She remained available over WhatsApp at all times of day, and even helped us take a delivery from a shop and had the bag delivered to our room. Our room was really spacious for Florence standards, and we liked the heated towel rack in the bathroom. There were plenty of outlets in the room which is a huge bonus.

We tried most of restaurants and shops recommended by the host and satisfied with those (such list is in the apartment). There is Mohoo Asian supermarket close to the apartment that we also like :)
