The air-conditioned studios Irene have tiled floors and simple furnishings. They come equipped with a satellite TV and a kitchenette with kettle and fridge. Each has a private balcony with views over the village of Netia. I had a great stay at Studios Irene! I got in on a really late ferry, and Irene contacted me in advance to make sure I knew how to get to the hostel and how to get my keys. I left on a very late ferry too, and she let me stay in the room for free because it was still available! A nice cozy place to spend your time in Patmos, and a great place to go back to after seeing the Cave of the Apocalypse, Monastery of St. John, etc.

Everything about Patmos Villas is beyond expectations. It is quiet with lovely views, very comfortable and clean . Thomas and family are exceptional hosts ,they have made my stay very enjoyable and memorable . When I visit Patmos I will definitely stay here .
The villa is new build, clean and very well equipped. We ( 2 adults + 2 kids), spend a really fantastic holidays here. Besides the nice interior, the biggest plus is the closeness to the beach Groikos. The owner and his partner were very friendly and caring and made us feel truly comfortable as everything we had discussed via emails was there. We have seen many great villas, but this is the first time we really want to re-visit next year. Highly recommend!!
We had the most wonderful time at Patmos Villas ! Thomas really is a superhost, from his warm welcome at the Skala port to helping us out with any practical needs during our stay, he made us feel at home. We now have a friend at Patmos ! The apartment is simple and clean, just perfectly situated at a 5' walk to the beautiful Grikos beach with little taverns for fresh fish meals. Everything was just perfect. Many thanks again Thomas for a wonderful stay !
We warmly recommend Villa Zacharo! The location is perfect, just a couple of walking minutes from the port of Patmos. The rooms were very cosy and nicely decorated. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the balkony offered a very nice view on the town of Hora and the Monastery of St. John, both UNESCO world heritage sites. The breakfast was also included and was a good part of the stay.
Patmos Villas located at Grikos bay, an ideal location between the majestic Chora of Patmos and the traditional port of Skala for visitors to enjoy their visit to Patmos island. The family who owns Patmos Villas is personally engaged running the property and have created a very efficient team who orchestrates around their guests the most peaceful and relaxing stay. It was the most unique and beautiful place to stay with incredibly generous hosts, and in a perfect location to shops and restaurants. I was worried that the photos looked too good to be true—but our villa at Latmos 1860 was, in fact, absolutely great! Thank you Dimitri and Anastasia for an amazing stay at your beautiful villa. Patmos Villa absolutely exceeded my expectations. The "studio" consisted of a huge living room with a table a daybed, and a sizable kitchen. There was a lovely large balcony as well, where birds would visit every day. Thomas was an incredible host who was generous enough to let me check out later. My friends stayed in a couple of the other hotels on the street, and Patmos Villas had larger facilities than all of them, I highly recommend it!
Jacob was absolutely fabulous, friendly and knowledgeable. Every good comment you read about him and his hospitality is absolutely spot on. It is a quaint little place that soon wins you over and you wish you had stay longer. We had come from mainland, where we stayed at a 5-star hotel, with amazing facilities and the rest, but Villa Zacharo's simple breakfast and humble stance will stay with me forever, as will Patmos. Thanks Jacob. There is an aura of peace about this place.
Beautiful renovation of a traditional Patmos house in a perfect location close to the main square and the ferry harbour. Very comfortable while retaining lots of features. Of the four separate apartments we loved the ground floor villa with terrace and garden but the first floor apartment with roof terrace looks great. Dimitris was really helpful with recommendations for beaches, bars, scooter hire, etc.
Thomas and his family were extremely hospitable. Thomas kindly picked us up from the port and was also kind enough to deliver us back at midnight. villa was extremely quiet and great location to beach and some great restaurants. We loved our stay for 5 days
