Free WiFi access is offered. True and genuine accomodation is what this hotel is offering. A simple recipe of the perfect accomodation that consists of a spacious and clean room, fantastic view (we had booked the room with balcony and sea view), a delicious breakfast and friendlyl hosts and staff that are always willing to serve you. Ideal place to spend some relaxing time. I would definitely stay again there in future vacation.

Amazing location super close to potamos village. Room is a very good size. Bed is super comfy and of course we enjoyed the trees and nature around. Clairi was also very helpful and kind.
The accommodation is located in a quiet village, it is clean, it has all the necessary amenities, and the owners are very kind and helpful. There are supermarkets and restaurants a short drive away, and you can reach any of the best beaches on the island in between 10 to 30 minutes.
Family owned and operated; taking exceptional interest in whether you like the hostel, the village, the island. Available any time. Very well kept, meticulously cleaned. Very big selection at breakfast. Close to the most beautiful swimming water around the island. The gave us a fully annotated map of the island with places to visit, restaurants, opening times etc.
The Suite has two separate bedrooms, which is very convenient for families that want some privacy. Delicious breakfast, spotlessly clean rooms and bathroom, wide amazing view, walking distance to the beach. The village is very quiet, no bars or nightlife is found there.
Beautiful Location and the most wonderful holiday house. We had such a great stay. We had two young children and house was perfect for them to run around. Beach was a bit tricky for little ones to get in an out of the sea. Host was so hospitable and generous. The house was cool in August despite not having aircon. If you are looking to get away from it all and have a beach to yourselves early morning this is for you!
The room exceeded our expectations by far. It was very spacious and clean and included a lot of amenities that we didn't initially expect. This made our stay very pleasant and we always felt at home. We stayed in the room on the first floor which was obviously recently renovated. The rooms are in a very quiet location in a remote village. Ximena, the host, was extremely helpful and contacted us even before our arrival to make sure that everything was ok. A highly recommended place to stay if you're visiting Kythira
The place is an oasis on the beatiful island of Kythera. A romantic place with a windmill and a pool, with excellent breakfast at the heart of the island. All beaches are equally accessible while the port and the key villages are also at an equal distance. We loved the welcoming attitude of the staff and owners while the whole experience exceeded our expectations. A place above the average on an island that we love and visit annually. Will stay there for sure again in the future.
I loved the courtyard of this property to sit and enjoy a quiet breakfast. Our room comfortable for 3 adults. The location is excellent, close to shops, restaurants, bars. Potamos is a quiet little village but very lively in the evenings. Short drive to Agia Pelagia beach where it is nice to sit enjoy cocktails - I highly recommend to visit Rementzo cafe when visiting Agia Pelagia.
A lovely family-run hotel. Excellent breakfast with fresh orange juice, fresh eggs, a variety of breads, excellent cookies, cheeses, jams, yoghurt, and fruit salad. The position is quite central in the island, so one can reach different beaches and historic sites easily. The hotel is in the village of Livadi, but very quiet, so one can enjoy very pleasant naps and have a full night's rest. The family that runs it is very nice and helpful. It was a joy to meet them.
