The location was exellent 3 minutes form Otzias Beach, 3minutes away from vourkaris. I will highly recommend it to everyone.

We stayed in Iris villa for a weekend with my friends. The hospitality was amazing. George welcomed and guided us to our beautiful and clean rooms. He was very polite and willing to help us. The view was stunning. We could walk out to the pool and enjoy our warm and delicious breakfast. Strongly recommended!

The surrounding farm is really nice and the hosts make great wine! Try some :)

Magical property with beautiful location in the hills, close walk to the beach and quick cheap taxi ride from the port. The staff was kind and helpful, fresh breakfast was provided and delicious. The hotel itself is stunning, architecturally beautiful, and the room was perfect for the 4 of us, coming with a fully equipped kitchen and patio to sit outside protected from the sun. The room was clean and the service was great. There were cats wandering around the common area sleeping in the sun, they troubled no one and were very cute and friendly. You probably shouldn’t pet them though. Overall, an incredible experience we would all return to.

The staff was very kind, helpful and accommodating. The facilities were very clean and comfortable and the complex has everything you might need since there are not so many places for food and drink in the area. The beach in front of porto Koundouros is very clean and the waters are crystal clear.

All air-conditioned villas and apartments consist of a separate bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, fridge and dining area. A TV and cleaning products are included. Free WiFi access is available. Guests can enjoy al fresco meals or the sunrise from their private terrace. My wife and I very much enjoyed our stay here. It is a cute, cozy little room with a beautiful view of the city and the port. The hosts were helpful and responsive. You can walk to town from the room either down the road, or via a short cut that one of the hosts will gladly point out to you. Be warned though that it is rather steep and has some loose rocks. One note of caution: the walls were somewhat thin and we could hear our neighbors alarm going off for about an hour from 5-6AM. Bring earplugs!
