Falassarna truly boasts some of the most beautiful beaches in Europe, and the hotel is just a short 5-minute walk from a charming, peaceful beach, as well as the larger Falassarna beach. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist. While the bathroom was a bit on the smaller side, it didn’t detract from our overall experience. We highly recommend this hotel for a perfect beach getaway!

The beaches of Aptera and Chrissi Akti are 500 metres away. The owners were really REALLY nice. We got a rather big upgrade coming there : from simple hotel room to a small flat with a kitchen and a nice view, and a cute little doggy that we petted quite a lot ! The place is great, very close to the beach and to the very beautiful city of Chania. Breakfest was replenished regularly, nothing was ever missing. But most of all, as I said, the owners were awesome. Very helpful, giving us a lot of itineraries and places to visit, while being funny and kind !

I love view, comfort and romantic connection of pool, sitting in the shade of trees at the bar and a sea so close!! Beach in 20m of my room!! It was the best hotel in my last 5 years! Quiet, no hyper kids, just nice loving quiet famíies, profy bartender, helpful receptionist.

The village Stavros is only a 2-minute drive away. It has a lovely beach and offers traditional taverns. Chania International Airport is at 9 km. Free parking is available on site. It was our second year at Kavos and we will be back for a third!! Everything was perfect.The staff is very polite and helpfull, the food is tasty and very reasonably priced, the rooms are comfy and the whole atmosfere of the hotel in very relaxed. This year they added a Spa and we were offered free massages the first day we arrived. After that we used the spa a couple of times and every time it was a very relaxing and healing experience. The rented car comes in handy if you want to visit the nearby towns of Chania and Rethymno or go to other beaches, or even if you want to go to the supermarket.

Housed in a building dating from 1985, this apartment is 800 metres from Municipal Art Gallery of Chania and 1.4 km from Saint Anargyri Church. Private parking can be arranged at an extra charge. Friendly people and delicious breakfast.

Some units also have a well-fitted kitchen equipped with an oven, a stovetop, and kitchenware. At the holiday home, all units come with bed linen and towels. The decor is fanstastic. The balcony had a lovely view out to the church and the sunsets were great from the balcony! breakfast was included in the restaurant right downstairs, the breakfast was good, the restaurant very cute, and the people working there were really lovely and remembered us and our order every morning. Apartment was really clean, was cleaned every day and towels replaced everyday. There were beach towels available! There was an iron, ironing board, toiletries, hair straighter and hair drier! The host left us some fresh fruit, coffee, water and a local bottle of white wine! Also gave us a small bottle of prosecco for our last night! The host was soo lovely, friendly and there if we had any questions Location is fantastic, in the old town, near all the shops and restaurants, 5 mins from the port Easy to get to from airport, we just got the bus and it was super easy and quick didnt feel the need for a taxi 10/10

Everything was great. very nice attitude towards guests, Maria was very friendly, ready to help with everything. The room was cleaned every day and everything was very clean. I definitely recommend everyone to stay here
