Furniture is new, bed is comfortable. The terrace with a sea view is wonderful! Would definitely come back again and recommend everyone! The host is very caring! We loved it. There are even laminated suggestions of nearby places to visit, good restaurants to have dinner, nearest grocery shops and emergency numbers. That was the best guide for us.

The villa was extremely clean and tidy on arrival. Our host Kostas was very helpful during our stay, he recommended places for us to visit and booked our Taxi to the airport. The villa is very spacious and the views from the villa are absolutely stunning and beautiful. Definitely recommend this villa to anyone who wants a relaxed holiday with serene views of the Athenian Riviera. Kostas also provided us with a bottle of cold Greek wine which was lovely. Set in Vari, 500 metres from Varkiza Beach and 2.6 km from Αkti Vouliagmenis Beach, Varkiza sea view apartment offers air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony and free WiFi. This apartment is in a beautiful little village directly across from the harbor. Sit on the balcony surrounded by herbs and flowers and watch the sun rise or set. The sea and beach are within minutes walking distance and the apartment has everything you need, including a very generous wine selection. The owner answered all our online questions very quickly and the caretaker could not have been more helpful. He recommended things to do and restaurants to visit. He even told us what time to be on the balcony to watch the fishing boats come in and when to buy the freshest fish. I couldn't recommend this place enough, for the money it's an absolute gem of a find. The village is cheaper than most surrounding resorts with one of the most memorable views I've seen from any property.
