It was a wonderful, peaceful stay there. I would highly recommend that place to anybody who wants to live in a quiet place, having around very kind people who would give you a hand anytime.

Holm On The Lane offers accommodation on the Wirral Peninsula, 5 miles from Liverpool and 3.2 miles from Stena Line Ferries. Liverpool city centre is just 15 minutes away by bus, which stops at a bus stop just a 1-minute walk from Holm On The Lane. The room was very nice and comfortable, and the host was lovely

The bed and breakfast provides guests with on-site private parking free of charge. Fabulous B&B. A lovely cabin at the end of a pretty garden. Well equipped and spotlessly clean. Good shower and comfortable bed. Mark the host was very welcoming and made a great breakfast! This is in a perfect location - less then a minute to a fab pub - we had a great roast. There's also a fab Indian a 2 minute walk away. The bus stop is also a minute away which takes you direct to Liverpool city centre and the beach is only a couple of miles away. We would happily stay here again.

An en suite shower room is provided in each Liver View room, as well as a flat-screen TV with DVD player and tea/coffee making facilities. Several rooms offer an excellent view of The River Mersey and Liverpool’s World Heritage Waterfront. Super friendly and helpful host helped made my stay enjoyable. I had a nice view of the Liverpool skyline and could see big ships passing by. The bed was among the most comfortable that I've had in a hotel. Excellent!

We couldn’t fault this at all. This was better than we ever expected. It was definitely at bit of luxury for sure. They thought of so many little details. Even down to the hair products in the bathroom. The property catered for all your needs. The little touches of having a pint of milk in the fridge for your early morning cuppa and bread for toast in the morning was very thoughtful. The hosts were exceptional and so lovely. Out stay was a flying visit, however next time we know we will stay longer . We highly recommend this to anyone and look forward to returning again.
