The area is lovely with two really nice pubs down the road. We 100% recommend and already booked again.

Can't comment on staff as they left you alone, but everything was there on arrival and everywhere was nice and clean.

Includes a mini fridge with a milk for tea or coffee and water bottles, this next to the kettle. Loved so much we are booking it again.

The breakfast was very good, I am gluten intolerant and was catered for very well. G/F sausages and toast with the offer of G/F cereal if I wanted it. Having fruit and snacks in the room was a nice touch, along with fresh milk for tea/coffee rather than from tiny pots.

Holywell House is found within a handsome red brick Victorian building, now converted in to a guest house. The property has taken steps to ensure accessibility, including a disabled bay in the car park. The hosts were exceptional, very welcoming. The room was comfortable and breakfast was excellent. All round winner. Happily recommend the Holywell highly.
