Very new and very clean apartment in the heart of the city right next to the market with a garage right below. The kitchen has all the mod cons and the air conditioning works perfectly which was great because it was VERY hot in Narbonne when we arrived. The communication was excellent at all times and Marc has a good command of English. We had no problems with the check-in or the check-out and everything was very well explained. Marc was also kind enough to put the air conditioning on for us so it was cool in the flat when we arrived.

When the shower had no hot water they got it fixed immediately and provided an alternative in the meantime. The shower is now wonderful. The room also came with a small fridge which is not mentioned on Booking.com and is most welcome to long term travellers.
