Ruben gave easy instructions on how to get into the property and any other important information we needed. Whenever we contacted him, he replied immediately. We knew when we booked the property that there was not going to be any air conditioning but it was exceptionally hot when we visited so asked Ruben about having a couple of fans for the bedrooms. He bought and dropped off two fans within a couple of hours which was brilliant and helped with the heat at night. NB the air conditioning was being installed as we left.

Location of hotel is perfect for staying before or after visiting Ciudad Encantada. Really quiet and relaxing place. Room was clean. Dinner was tasty at hotels restaurant.
