The design, construction, and fitting out of the whole complex were of a very high standard throughout. Our appartment was of excellent size and provided for all of our needs for a short stay. The bathroom with Italian shower was particularly impressive.

From the minute we checked in the hosts made us feel right at home. The gentleman that checked us in gave us a run down of the city and some recommendations. The place itself was a bit different at first, as it seems like a big flat that was converted into a small boutique style hotel. This adds to the charm though, with warm decor, a kitchen with free drinks, ice cream, tea, coffee, and a dining area that can also be used to work. Several metro and bus stops are only 2-3 minutes away, and everything is flat and very walkable. There a tons of bars and eateries near by, and this place was just at the center of it all! Lastly, I just wanted to thank the staff for allowing us to check out a little later, and to hang out in the dining area as we worked and killed a few hours before taking a high speed train. Again, everyone was more than helpful and kind to us and we couldn’t recommend this place enough to anyone who asks. When back in Barcelona, we will love to stay here again. Thank you Conica!

The location is great, around the hotel there are transportation stations, a lot of places with food and drinks and coffee. About the hotel, was very clean and fresh. The room is like the pictures, the area for the breakfast is amazing, with very nice design! The breakfast was good, healthy with some traditional options. The staff was friendly! Will be my first option when I come back to Barcelona!

Modern and bright apartments and lofts with air conditioning and balcony, some with views of the Ramblas. They have a living-dining area with a sofa bed and a flat-screen satellite TV; and come with an open-plan kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hobs and kitchenware. There is a washing machine, a dryer, and bed linen and towels are provided. Family of four with two teenagers, stayed there for two nights. It was perfect for us, but a longer stay would have required 1-2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. If you are only two people it would've been perfect for longer stays as well. Modern and clean, close to "everything" in Barcelona. Still very quiet, facing the back. Dark curtains is a plus, as well as shampoo/shower gel. The teenagers apprecieated the internet :D
