We loved staying by the pool with our little one, breakfast and dinner were always very good (and actually the best food we had in Gran Canaria to be honest). The staff was very gentle with us and our son. The guy by the pool was also adorable, always bringing toys to the kids, he's doing a great job there, I hope this is recognized! The sports room is also well equipped, everything you need to exercise a few times during your holidays (I would just remove the ambient spray that was quite strong and not needed, especially when you are exercising...)

The apartment has an infinity pool with a fence, as well as a hot tub and full-day security. We loved our villa, we had a nice view with the swimming pool being diagonal to our villa. It had 2 rooms and the kitchen was well equipped, they even have a moka to prepare coffee. They also offer salt and pepper in small sachets, so it's perfect for preparing a tasty breakfast, like scrambled eggs without buying too many ingredients. The villa service is fantastic, they ensure everything is clean. We felt absolutely pampered. We recommend this for a nice vacation or workation, because they have a co-working zone, they offer tai chi, and yoga sessions (which we loved), and they have 2 swimming pools. For people traveling with kids, they also have a beautiful playground for them.

Among the facilities at this property are a lift and luggage storage space, along with free WiFi throughout the property. The apartment features family rooms. Great spacious flat in a new development with a great ocean view (from the balcony). Staff has always been quick to respond to questions and breakfast in the restaurant next door was great. Gym was well equipped and Corona guidelines where properly adhered to (in the gym, only one apartment at a time, hand sanitisers provided, daily cleaning). I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and can highly recommend it!

Everything was excellent! Magnificent views to the ocean and Los Gigantes and super clean! The staff was very helpful and friendly and they even prepared a birthday surprise for us!
