The room is small but it and the facilities are in excellent shape and beautifully set up. Breakfast on the veranda/common balcony was wonderful, the dinners Philippe prepared (on request, Fondue and Raclette) delicious. Arlette and Philippe were so nice, picking us up and dropping us again at the railstation in town.

The location was excellent, and once we figured out the unusual entry arrangements using the helpful message we received from the owner, we were transported into a wonderful world of comfort and quality. The bed was very comfortable, the room spacious, and it was great to be able to explore the amazing attic area with its grand piano.

The room is equipped with a flat-screen TV and a seating area to relax in after a busy day. You will find a coffee machine and a kettle in the room and it comes with a private bathroom. Extras include free toiletries and a hairdryer. Château de Mathod features free WiFi . It was all perfect. The host was the most charming, helpful and kind person. Always available to help. Before showing us to our room he gave us a small tour of the space even though it was already late. Cell reception inside the room was not optimal but to me it worked wonders, less work related calls, that's why I'm not putting it in the negative. The room was perfect, super comfy and cosy. I recommend at 100% that everyone try their spa, it was the best kept spa I visited.

Each room has a TV. You will find a kettle in the room. For your comfort, you will find free toiletries and a hairdryer. It was close to the train station and the center of Rolle but in a very quiet neighborhood. The view was excellent! The owners were extremely kind and friendly. We liked the kitchen and the spacious bathroom.

It’s difficult to explain our feelings in this place, in fact, this place could perfectly be our “house in Switzerland” (maybe impossible for a hotel or another kind of place) Pauline and Pierre are absolutely indescribable, their kindness, hospitality, happiness and positive vibes not only represent a couple of good hosts but also an example of how the people have to work in this kind of business. Pauline, you’re a fantastic woman, your strength and dedication are truly difficult to find and is a motivation for all the couples like us Pierre, despite of the great level of your wife, your absolutely amazing as well, your pieces of advice for everything, your generosity and your determination are another reason to come back and see you. We have the lucky thing of traveling so much but we can confirm that this is one of our favorites places in the hole world. THANKS FOR EVERYTHING, please keep your positive energy!
