99% of the reviews for this hotel are about the beauty of Kanderstag not the hotel. Yes the hotel is in a great Swiss village but the actual hotel is old with very poor facilities, No fridge, no USB sockets, no air con and the Junior Suit was SMALLER then most other 1* hotel rooms. The breakfast is a very average continental self service...... to be honest if you pay £334 you would expect better.
Location!!! Exceptional views from balcony. We stayed in Eiger room. Property is about 10 min drive from Grindelwald village. We took dog with us and there is plenty paths near cottage to go for a stroll. Great large balcony with stunning views. Property is immaculate.
The location Mürren in general is a great place to stay. The hotel can’t match either the general flair of the village. It is out worn and hasn’t seen paint and refreshments since decades.
To be honest, the place was clean, wonderful, and very quiet. We and the children enjoyed the atmosphere of the real Swiss countryside, away from the crowds of the city. Mrs. Paula Natalia, the owner of the house, is very respectful. But you must be careful with children and not cause disturbance to local residents. The place is strategic because it is located between the city of Interlaken and the tourist village of Grindelwald and Lautabrunnen. It's close to all tourist places.

Holiday Home Reindli is a beautiful accomodation located in a serene environment. We loved this place. It is equiped with everything you could need. There is also a lovely play area upstairs that our daughter enjoyed very much. The outside area is priceless. You can drink your coffee in the morning admiring the mountains and listening to the sheep bells magical sound. The host was very attentive and friendly. I highly reccomend this place!
The holiday home is located in the middle of urban and city area, which is nice. It is one bus ride (5mins) away from city center. The outskirt of city centre offers jaw dropping view of Grindelwald, especially sunset and night skies. The place house itself is old and some part of it is dirty (spider webs etc) but overall cleanliness and tidy is within acceptable range. The house can easily sleep 12 guests, spacious common area, kitchen has everything we need and the host is super responsive. Would definitely recommend and come again.
