Our hostess greeted us like old friends. The bed felt like laying on a cloud would feel like. The clawfoot tub was made for me and there was even a jar of epsom salts and bath bombs. I was able to read my book on the bamboo bath tub caddy. The shower was a challenge to use bc I've never had a full body spray shower so I accidentally got cold but it was all worth it. The tea and coffee was lovely. A roof top patio to enjoy the stars and sunrise. Breakfast was divine. I chose the eggs benedict and even the biscuits were baked fresh. The lemon herbed ricotta pancakes were the best I have ever had. And the bonus was Winston - the poodle - who sat quietly admiring us while we indulged and of course I shared my breakfast sausage for a paw.
