The staff was incredibly kind and always ready to assist with any queries or requests. Their helpfulness in providing local information and recommendations greatly enhanced my stay. The room I stayed in was clean and well-maintained. The level of cleanliness provided a sense of comfort and allowed me to fully relax and enjoy my time at the hotel. Overall, my experience at Hotel Jiota was excellent. The prime location, coupled with the friendly and attentive staff. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ksamil. I will definitely be returning on my next trip to this beautiful destination.

The apartments are new, well maintained and the owners are friendly and speak good English. The location is perfect, it's in a quiet neighborhood but just 10min walk from busy Ksamil center full of restaurants and night life entertainment. There are also a few restaurants around and a shop nearby. A beautiful small beach is only 3min walk, clear water, nice service. You can also park your car easily in front of apartments. The rooms are spacious and everything works well and is comfortable. There is also a little terrace where you can sit (and barbecue). If you need to take a bus to Seranda, the bus stop is also just 5min walk. Everything was perfect, 100% recommended!!!

Generous and well-equipped apartment. Location of the apartment 4 min. from the beach. Many restaurants with varied menu and affordable prices. I would come back anytime.

The air-conditioned accommodation is less than 1 km from Sunset Beach. The guest house features family rooms. The location was great, not too far from the center, and in a quiet neighborhood. The owner and his mother are doing a real good job. The room was great, very clean, linen and towels were changed regularly, there was a big balcony with shadow in the morning, so ideal for breakfast. The thing I really appreciated, and I have never seen before, is that they put several products that someone might need and for everybody to use, in the hall. With toilet paper, cleaning products, garbage bags, detergent, a radio, an iron, dustpan and brush. They are also preparing a swimming pool and have enough parking space for 6 cars. They were very considerate. When we were out on a hot day, they changed the bed linen and put on the airco, so when we came back the room was cool.
