House is really big, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs, living room, kitchen and toilet on the ground floor. Calm part of Famagusta, walking distance to the beach even for kids. But the best part of the villa is the owner who not only gives you best tips and recommendations but also delivers fresh fruits, eggs and homemade jam from his garden.
The vibe of the village was lovely. Staff are very attentive and friendly. The accommodation was really lovely too. The location is fab as well..

This was the best place we could have asked for! The hotel is located in a serene, tranquil village with beautiful surroundings. It's a family business, run by the loveliest people you could imagine. As we arrived, we received a warm welcome. The staff are amazingly warm, welcoming and helpful. We loved it so much that we planned our next stay while we were still there. We were looked after really well. Almost all of the food and drink ingredients come from the family farm and garden, with top quality produce.
Amazing location for beach clubs, next to Lush and Pera. Lovely large villa, pools and annexed restaurant. On the beach and less than 1 hour drive from Larnaca Airport. Staff were very friendly and welcoming, they charge in Turkish lira and Euros.
This is a wonderful guesthouse. Everything is right. The location is perfect in a quiet street in the beautifil walled city. A marvellously and most tastefully refurbished old villa offers comfortable rooms with everything one may desire. The breakfast is splendid. Thr Owners are super friendly and helpful. We will come back!
