I loved everything! Lan, the owner, was such a sweetheart, who did everything she possibly could to make my stay perfect. She gave good advice, recommended restaurants and places to go and see.

Door Lock System super easy to handle. Air-conditioning super on point because it's very hot. The Bodywash is super because we don't need so much weight on our flight. The Bed was super comfortable and it's much less noisy outside and the elevator is so comfortable because when you arrive it's very nice with all the luggage's. Thank you so much! The location is very good. The villa is tucked right at the heart of the old quarter - right on the main street - even though without a big grande entrance. It is in a walkable distance to many attractions and yet it is very quiet during my stay. My rooms were also very clean and comfortable. The breakfast pancake was decent. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful to my family. Would come back if I ever visit the old quarter area in Hanoi again.
Clean and with lift. Staffs are very helpful. I like the breafast you can order 3 kinds. We get the conical and incense village trip it was cheap and very nice. Accessible to alot of places in the Old Quarter.
Very comfortable hotel a 5 minute taxi ride from Noi Bai airport. The hotel is located in a lovely little community/village with local people going about their business and leisure activities. The staff were helpful and the free taxi back to the airport next morning was appreciated. The swimming pool was great - bigger than most in tourist class hotels in Vietnam and with views of the airport and the mountains beyond.
Very good and quite area (better if you have a bike to go around). It is possible to walk around the lake not far from the property.
The manager is really available and helped us with motorbike rental and keeping our luggage in the villa.

The building is very central within easy reach of shops, eating places. The room is suitable for both long and short term stay as it is equipped with all essentials such as kitchen. Highly recommend.
