The location of the Bed and Breakfast was great. It was in a quiet neighborhood not far from the mansions of Bellevue and Ocean Drive. The owner Mary was very helpful and very friendly. She gave us helpful suggestions and had many stories about Newport. Our breakfast was delicious as well.

Offering a patio, air conditioned units and have a dining area and a seating area with a cable flat-screen TV. There is also a kitchen in some of the units equipped with a dishwasher and oven.
The property was excellent and very well cared for. Serina was an excellent cook as well and the breakfast was the best start to the day. The property is also located in the perfect place. Away from the foot traffic but a short walk to everything. Also directly next to a beautiful park to see the sunset behind the bridge. Definitely a gem of Newport.
