House is located on a quiet street in a nice neighborhood. Close to main street out of town. Everything was clean with plenty of linens, towels and even toiletries! There are smart TVs in each room, a huge kitchen, spacious back yard and lots of places to lounge and hang out. A nice touch is the gas fire place, which is easy to turn on and off, as well as A/C and heat throughout the home. Trash bins convenient outside and a full garage also available. The owner was very responsive to emails/texts and was enjoyable and easy to work with. Whenever we are back in the area, we will be calling Fred again!

I chose this B&B because it had excellent reviews and I saw for myself how wonderful it is. The home and surrounding grounds are impeccable and lots of care goes into every detail. They allowed us to check in a little early to get ready for the wedding that we attended in Dundee. The variety of breakfast food was delicious (their homemade breakfast bread is perfect!) and we could choose our own time to eat. Since we had a very early morning departure, they sent us off with to-go homemade biscuits and hot coffee! We felt safe and welcomed by their friendly staff.
