This home is NOT air conditioned, we raise our windows at night and draw in the cool air and shut the windows during the heat of the day.

Spacious House lots of room. Was by myself so it was quiet. There was seven deer staying, Don't think they paid for use of grass and the sleeping area that was provided. Easy to walk where I needed. Plus I love Granny's restaurant down the street.
