Decent location, close to the metro station. Convenient if you're coming from the bus station. The guy on reception was friendly and offered to buy train tickets to Istanbul if I had problems buying them myself. No complaints about the room and bathroom. Lift was convenient. Free tea.

Amazing value. This has been the best apartment style place we’ve stayed. Fully stocked kitchen and also tea/coffee/sugar/salt/oil provided. Large area and the veranda was amazing. Great water pressure and hot shower. No AC but nice breeze off the veranda. Great beds/bedding/towels and very clean. We only stayed 1 night on our way to Cappadocia so we can’t speak to location but for us it was perfect.
