There are two faces to Side. One is the sprawling mass of hotels on the approach road, the other is the beautiful, traffic free and atmospheric (especially at night) old town. We chose to stay in the latter and are so glad that we did. The Beach House apartment was more like a house. Spacious and well appointed living quarters and kitchen area, lovely bedroom with comfortable bed and loads of storage space (there is also a separate second bedroom) and bathroom with a spacious shower. Access to the property is up a stairway that also leads to a small balcony. Our hostess Penny lived in a house at the other end of the communal garden and was always on hand to help and give advice should we need it. There is a small beach 50 metres from the property and larger beaches on either side of the village. NOTE: Penny and her husband also have a four room apartment complex on the eastern side of the village also called Beach House which can lead to some confusion when arriving or departing by taxi. My advice would be to use the airport transfer service that is provided by Penny to avoid this.

This is such a lovely hotel. We were so lucky to find it!
Our room was really big, very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The whole hotel smells wonderful.
The courtyard is a pretty oasis, with beautiful plants and flowers. Albina and her team are so thoughtful and really take care of all their guests. My partner is definitely a full English breakfast man but the daily Turkish breakfast was delicious and we both loved it.
The pool is really refreshing on a hot day.
1.5 km from Kumkoy Beach, Pasaköy Houses is a recently renovated property situated in Side and features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking.

Large rooms and well furnished two floors property within private, secured and gated. Surrounded with beautiful garden and communal swimming pool. Great service especially from Seyfi always there, he is very friendly, polite and very helpful. Location is perfect… walking distance to food shopping, bakery and 10min by car to antique side, opportunity to big shopping mall!
Overall, very nice place to stay and comfortable.

The hotel consists of 2 parts, each on a different side of the road - my opinion concerns the main part. The hotel is pleasant if you don't expect too much. For this price it is really worth staying in this hotel. The pools are nice, the apartments are comfortable, although very poorly equipped - you have to ask at the reception if something is missing and then they will deliver it to your room. The restaurant serves delicious dishes.

It was my second time staying at this hotel, and for the second time I've been welcomed with so much care. The owners of the hotel are always careful and kind with their guests. The apartment that I booked was wonderful, it has everything you need to feel like home. From cleaning tools to cooking tools in the kitchen. Tired hotel but amazing location virtually on the beach. Fantastic view.
Prestige Villa is an incredibly lovely place, with wery sweet and helpful hosts. We stayed in a fantastic, lovely house with great furnishings and a private pool. The living room is well-furnished, and the kitchen is perfectly equipped with all necessary. There is a bathroom and a private terrace on each floor, making the house very spacious and suitable for sharing. The garden was cozy with flowers and bushes, and we enjoyed many hours in the pool, which was always perfectly clean. Truly a wonderful place that we would love to wisit again.
We took two beds villa, it was the one on the right , Everything was perfect , the view, the jacuzzi, the beds, the kitchen, the Teresa, everything!
The details were perfect!! Five stars!
