The staff were very friendly and accommodated our needs,; we have 3 young children and the staff made lots of effort to entertain them and make sure their stay was comfortable, especially Gamze & Yilgit. Nice, new building. My room was spacious. It looked exactly like in the pictures. It was clean, which is very important for me. The staff is very polite and helpful. Some people wrote it's on a high ground so u need a car! I don't know honestly what people do in Trabzon if they don't have a car. All the nice places are at least an hour away in the mountains. So u need anyway a car. U can't get around without a car. I wouldn't rely on taxis. They'll rip u off. The important thing they have a parking lot in this hotel. My advice, no matter where u book, don't book in the center. Driving there is a nightmare.
