This is a little gem of an apartment, set right in the middle of a tea plantation. The views to the sea are spectacular!!
There is a well equipped kitchen with cook plates, kettle and Turkish coffee maker. Tea, coffee and sugar are provided. There is a living room combined with the kitchen, and two bedrooms on the two upper floors. The bathroom is on the same level as the kitchen/living room.
The apartment is very cute and nicely furnished, however it would not suit anyone unable to do very steep stairs.
It is located some distance from the town, up a steep, winding road through the tea plantation. The owner will guide you there after meeting in town.
The bed was very comfortable with nice linen.
The owner was very welcoming and kind, even coming all the way back to the property when we accidentally locked ourselves out.

My family just rented this great place.The accomodation was so clean, beautifully decorated, with several comfort features like the hammock and curtain-laced tent with an amazing view of the surrounding mountains and sea below.My kids and I spent our last night around the lovely fire place enjoying the cool weather and relaxing quite!I strongly recommend it.The location is a breezy 20-30 minutes with a great coastline view to Rize Mall or the Ayder activities.I can not say enough about Muhammed and his wonderful family.Not only welcoming and síncere, but they were over and beyond helpful.Very thankful for the time we spent, just wish we had booked there for longer!

WE WOULD COME BACK HERE IN A HEARTBEAT! Esref (the owner and host of Danzi camping) speaks good English which made the check in process super easy and swift! We arrived around 8pm at Rize, which was already dark considering it was transitioning to Winter. Everything felt cozy, warm, and it's suitable for backpackers and family. Felt right at home where you can just take off your winter jackets, have some tea, have a nice conversation with Esref and have a nice home-cooked dinner! The highlight was of course Yanki, the guardian dog at the campsite! Would definitely come back!
